1. Scope of 10-Year Warranty
RSpace Home provides a comprehensive 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects and termite infestation on all factory-manufactured modular woodwork, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, and custom cabinetry.
2. What Is Covered
- Carcass & Core Materials: Delamination or structural failure of BWR-grade plywood carcasses.
- Hardware & Hinges: Manufacturing defects in branded soft-close hinges, drawer channels, and lift-up systems (Blum, Hettich, etc.).
- Termite Resistance: Anti-termite treatment guarantees on all core panel boards.
3. What Is Excluded
- Normal wear and tear, cuts, accidental water logging from building plumbing faults, or misuse.
- Appliances, electronic fittings, and third-party plumbing fixtures which carry their own manufacturer warranty.
- Alterations or repairs undertaken by unauthorized carpenters or contractors.
