Process & Timeline
How long does a modular kitchen installation take? +
A standard modular kitchen takes 7–15 working days from order confirmation to handover. This includes factory precision-cutting and on-site installation. Complex island kitchens take up to 20 days.
What does the free 3D design session include? +
Our free 3D design service includes photorealistic 3D renders of your exact space, layout optimization options, material sample selections, and an itemized fixed-price quotation.
Do you handle civil work (tiling, plumbing, electrical)? +
We specialize in modular furniture manufacturing. For civil work (electrical points, tiling, plumbing), we coordinate directly with your civil contractor or connect you with our vetted partners.
Do I need to visit the showroom or can we meet online? +
Both! You can meet online via video call where our designer presents 3D layouts, or visit our flagship Andheri West showroom to test live kitchen and wardrobe displays.
Materials & Quality
What materials do you use for kitchen carcasses? +
We use BWR (Boiling Water Resistant) grade plywood and High-Density Moisture Resistant (HDMR) boards. Both are termite-proofed, anti-fungal, and built to withstand Indian cooking environments.
Which hardware brands do you install? +
We partner with world-renowned German and Austrian hardware brands — Hettich and Blum — for soft-close hinges, drawer runners, and lift-up flaps. Hardware is backed by a 10-year warranty.
What surface finish options are available? +
We offer: High Gloss Acrylic, Premium Anti-Scratch Laminates, PU (Polyurethane) Lacquer Paint, and Natural Wood Veneers with poly-coat sealing.
Is anti-termite treatment included? +
Yes — 100% of our wood panels undergo vacuum-pressure chemical anti-termite treatment before fabrication at our factory.
Pricing & EMI
How is the pricing structured? +
Our pricing is fully transparent — quoted per-running-foot for kitchens and per-square-foot for wardrobes. Delivery, hardware, GST, and installation are explicitly itemized with zero hidden fees.
Are there any hidden or post-booking costs? +
Zero. The quote you sign at booking is final. The only change occurs if you request extra accessories or layout modifications later.
Do you offer 0% interest EMI options? +
Yes! We partner with HDFC, ICICI, Axis Bank, and Bajaj Finserv to provide easy 0% interest EMI options payable over 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.
What is the payment milestone schedule? +
Standard schedule: 40% advance at order confirmation, 50% prior to dispatch from factory, and 10% post installation signoff.
Warranty & Service
What warranty do you provide on modular products? +
We provide a flat 10-Year Manufacturing Warranty on all modular carcasses, shutters, and hardware components against manufacturing defects.
How fast is your post-installation support? +
Our dedicated Mumbai service team responds within 24–48 hours for any maintenance, alignment, or adjustment requests.
