1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the RSpace Home website and interior design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations in India.

2. Interior Design Consultations & Quotes

All preliminary 3D designs, consultations, and cost estimates provided through our online platform or experience centers are indicative. Final project pricing and material specifications will be finalized upon comprehensive on-site laser measurements and mutual sign-off.

3. Production, Delivery & Installation

• Our modular kitchen, wardrobe, and custom furniture manufacturing commences once design drawings and initial milestones are approved.
• We strive to adhere to our standard 45-day move-in schedule, barring force majeure, customer-requested alterations, or building association permissions.

4. Intellectual Property

All design renderings, photographs, text, graphics, and trademarks published on this website are the intellectual property of RSpace Home and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
