Clear, fair, and transparent milestone policies
1. Initial Design Consultation
All initial 3D design meetings and exploratory estimates provided by RSpace Home are 100% free with no cancellation penalty.
2. Booking Deposit Refund Windows
- Within 48 Hours of Booking: 100% refund of the token booking deposit if design work has not commenced.
- Design In-Progress Stage: If cancellation occurs after 3D conceptual design revisions but prior to final manufacturing approval, a nominal design fee is deducted, and the remaining balance is refunded within 7–10 business days.
- Factory Production Stage: Since modular furniture units are custom cut to bespoke room dimensions, cancellations cannot be accepted once factory production has commenced.
3. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds are processed back to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 working days following formal cancellation approval.
